It's a no brainer, you need to monitor your English to see which skills are improving, and which ones aren't. Here's how to do it
The checklist to see your spoken English improvent only includes two things
First, you're going to find a random topic to talk about out loud for 1 to 5 minutes, or as long as you can keep talking!
Second, use your phone to record yourself. Don't prepare, don't take notes, and don't freak out because no one will listen ot this except you! In 2 to 4 weeks you will record yourself again, talking about the same or similar topic and compare. Focus on fluency, how easily you can put words together, not grammar or pronunciation!
The checklist for tracking your pronunciation is nearly identical
First, you're going to find an article related to your work or a hobby that you will read out loud from beginning to end. Nothing very technical. Pick something that uses common, general English
Second, use your phone to record yourself. The most important thing is to read at a normal speed and only reading once without preparing. Do not read slowly and do not start over if you mess up – that will happen!
Monitoring your writing improvement is a little different, but still as easy as 1-2-3
First, you will pick a topic to write about.
Second, write a notebook entry between 1 and 3 paragraphs long on italki.com discussing that topic, because you get free writing corrections from native speakers.
Third, spend 5 minutes tops preparing for your writing. You will make some mistakes, so don't freak out about that! Write like you can't stop, as if you were in a conversastion with someone
Fourth, write on the same topic again in 2 to 4 weeks. Compare both the corrections people give you as well as how easy it was to write.
Fluency does not mean perfect grammar
You can have excellent pronunciation and still have an accent
A great writing will still have many mistakes,
